As a mother of 4 with young children, I simply couldn't find a suitable product in the shops a few years ago. That led us to lay the foundation for the world of HOMERELLA in 2019 with our first bath mat!

1. On what surfaces can the mats be used? Our mats are designed for clean, smooth, and untextured shower trays or tub floors. They won't work effectively on structured surfaces, as the vacuum won't build up in the suction cups.

2. How should I prepare the tub before using the mat? It's mandatory to rinse the tub beforehand, and even better to let the water run to ensure it's wet. Then, firmly press and stroke the mat with your hands on the tub floor to create a vacuum in the suction cups and ensure the mat is securely in place before stepping on it.

3. How can I care for the mat? Our mats are made from durable material and are machine washable. We strongly recommend rinsing the mat after each use and hanging it to dry on the supplied hooks. This will ensure you can enjoy the mat for years to come.

4. How do I hang the mat to dry? Place the self-adhesive hooks on a clean, dry, and smooth surface, preferably inside the tub, and then simply hang the mat on the drain holes. To remove the hooks, gently warm them with a hairdryer and peel them off from one corner. The hooks are reusable.

5. Can the mat be used with a drain in the center of the bathtub? Yes, the extra-large holes in the mat allow for optimal water circulation and drainage, regardless of the drain location.

6. What is the mat made of? Our mats are made of skin-friendly vinyl (PVC) and are regularly tested on-site by a registered testing institute in accordance with the REACH Regulation.

7. What if the hooks are missing or broken? In that case, please let us know, and we will provide a replacement.
